Dee Shaub is journalism graduate. She’s based in Sacramento but grew up in New Jersey. After graduating nursing school, Carrie couldn’t dream of head back to the New Jersey winters. Dee has written for NPR, TODAY and the Huffington Post. Dee is a health and science reporter, focusing issues affecting families.

Daryl Polluck is the lead editor for Valley Post Express. Daryl has written for several online publications including the Huffington Post, Vanity Fair and Bleacher Report. Daryl is based in Los Angeles and covers issues affecting California. When he’s not busy writing, Daryl enjoys traveling and hiking.

Jared Elliot was born and raised in San Francisco. He has contributed to Discovery Magazine, Cottage Country Magazine and Tech Insider. As a journalist for Valley Post Express, Jared mostly covers national news. Aside from earning a living as a freelance journalist, Jared also spends much of his time training for ultra running.

Sara Holden is a reporter for Valley Post Express. After graduating from American River College, Sara got an internship at NPR and worked as a beat reporter for the Los Angeles Kings. Sara was also was a columnist for the Huff Post. Sara mostly covers entertainment and community events in the Valley Post Express.
